- It is understood the rules and conditions of 'Life for a Life' will be observed in regard to the avoidance of shrine making and planting of flowers and plants around the base of memorial trees and memorial benches ordered so that the planting area remains a natural habitat in accordance with the Countryside Code of Practice.
- I/We understand that any tree/s ordered cannot be removed at anytime and that the tree itself and the area around the tree remains the property of the landowners.
- All information supplied is totally confidential & and will not be given to any third party. 'Life for a Life' complies with all aspects of the current and revised Data Protection Act 1998.
- As a Registered Charity (Charity No. 1096422) we are unable to refund any monies received. All monies received are donations, this is in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Charity Commission and the Trustees of 'Life for a Life'. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- The maintenance of all 'Life for a Life' Memorial Forests is subject to the terms and conditions dictated by the land owners.
- Once the order has been placed it constitutes a contract between 'Life for a Life' Memorial Forest and you the client.
