We’re delighted to share that our new Life for a Life Memorial Forest is coming soon to the beautiful village of Crosthwaite, near Kendal, within the Lake District National Park.

Situated beside the historic St Mary’s Church and just moments from the much-loved Punch Bowl Inn, this peaceful setting offers stunning views across the surrounding landscape — a truly special place for remembrance and connection with nature.

A small car park just off Mill Lane will provide convenient access for visitors.

Our Crosthwaite Memorial Forest will soon offer the opportunity to dedicate a memorial tree in this exceptional location.

Life for a Life planting areas are natural environments where we encourage wildlife and plant life to flourish, as such additional items should not be added to the tree or the space around it, especially as they can cause damage to the tree.

Please be aware that any prohibited items left on, or around memorial trees will be removed.
