Crosthwaite The Lake District National Park

We’re delighted to announce that our new Life for a Life memorial forest is now open in the beautiful village of Crosthwaite, near Kendal, within the Lake District National Park.

Situated beside the historic St Mary’s Church and just moments from the much-loved Punch Bowl Inn, this peaceful site offers stunning views across the surrounding landscape, making it a truly special place for remembrance and connection with nature.

A small car park is available just off Mill Lane, providing easy access for visitors.

You can now dedicate a memorial tree at Crosthwaite and be part of creating a lasting legacy in this special location.

Life for a Life planting areas are natural environments where we encourage wildlife and plant life to flourish, as such additional items should not be added to the tree or the space around it, especially as they can cause damage to the tree.

Please be aware that any prohibited items left on, or around memorial trees will be removed.
